So for newer players and kinda for anyone who is curious does anyone know what the ranges are for each damage bracket of the ATM with and without full range quirks??

Step 1: Look at the published data https://mwomercs.com.../list/full.json
Step 2: apply arithmetics for quirk/skill impact
Step 3: rejoice!
