[Silent Kill]

Today game crashed 3 times on 2 drops. Unbelievable. And it was on mechs that i played yesturday without crashes.

There is not much you could do with it on your end. Essentially, the game can crash on any server ( I have experienced it on all three servers) and with any 'Mech (I have experienced it too).

So avoid those three Centurion variants and if you get yourself a non-crashing game, consider yourself lucky.

In theory, you could deploy in a 'Mech without bolt-ons and decals, but it is difficult to judge if it could really improve your chances. I deployed in a 'Mech without those cosmetic items and hard crashed anyway.

The December 13 game patch should solve it. Maybe.

That is what I was talking about.

I have had game crashes with Cauldron-Born, Crab, Hunchback, etc.

You can only wait for some future corrective game patch.

I'm seeing the same thing. Trying to play my CN9-AH(L) causes a crash to desktop. Then the game will continually crash on map load for everything until I switch to a different "Windowed Mode" in Video settings. I have to switch to one of the other modes, drop into Testing Grounds, then switch back to my preferred Full Window mode. The game will then work okay (still get the annoying No server available, but let's lock that mech out for 15 minutes thing).

Just avoid deploying in these three Centurion variants:

This past couple of days my game has been crashing and my mechs have been stuck in game … now I’m missing everything except for the two which are stuck in game!!

Close your MWO game client and log in again. That should help.

If not, just wait and you should have your 'Mechs back in about 15-20 minutes.

I'm trying to see if its an issue with specific mechs or what. I tried a new build on one of my CN9-AH(L) mechs, and that's when the game crashed. So I tried my other, had to wait 1 minute because the game treated me crashing as leaving the game early. Tried a different mech (CN9-YLW) and had to wait 2 minutes, and then it crashed as well. Now I'm on a 5 minute queue.

I know "literally unplayable" is a meme, but this is literally unplayable. I cannot play a game. And it takes longer and longer each time to try and connect.

the game code has been crap since the beginning don't expect this ever to be fixed....

i've been having this problem for months. The game crashes after I've selected the location and type of match. Doesn't seem to matter what mech I've selected.

I've tried using the MWO Fix It tool. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tech support tried, but they stopped answering my emails.

This seems to hint at an issue when connecting to the actual game server. What regional servers do you have selected, what's your general region? Did you run a tracert to the servers, tried flushdns or a different DNS server?

I now experience a similar issue. Nearly every time I run my shadowhawk GD the game crashes and I get locked out for quitting. I attempt to jump back in and the same thing happens every time. Wish I could say I have a solution besides to just go play games that work. I just did a clean install of Windows 10 less than a week ago along with game. I guess it's time to just put MWO down and maybe check back in a couple years.
