*ahem*. So.... after a many month absence from MWO (mentioned in a previous post) I've been trying to re-familiarize myself with various bits and pieces of the game. Whilst doing so I've somehow (perhaps during unit creation fiddling) managed to become a member of Clan Ghost Bear.... which is all fine and good if I meant to do that. My question now... how do I 'undo' this? I used to indulge in faction play long ago but I have no idea what the current state is, so until I figure THAT out I really do need to fix what I just did...

BTW, I recall the faction screen not being very clear. Good to see that hasn't changed

1. Log in and click "Faction Play".



2. Click "Faction Details".



3. Click "Clan Details".




4. Click "View Factions".




5. Click "Clan Ghost Bear".



6. Click "Faction Details".



7. Click "Rescind Loyalty".



8. Confirm "O.K."




That's it!

Essentially, steps 4.-8. could be folded into one screen with the list of all Clans and two buttons (Pledge Loyalty/Rescind Loyalty). But that would be too simple for PGI.
