It's frustrating for everyone, but it sounds like there are concrete solutions being worked upon!

The 12th Dec 2023 patch is still on schedule, according to MWO

Uncheck the EU servers and if you are in the US even the NA servers and go to the oceanic. High ping but the server there isn't screwed up as bad as the larger servers.

That will be true until everybody runs there ...

EU servers were already having problems with high ping times, a lot of teamkilling happening, ect even before these issues. So NA servers often have pretty heavy loads of EU players that are just done with the crap you commonly run into on them.

I can not say that I have seen "a lot of teamkilling happening" on EU servers as you describe. Only some rare teamkills in the heat of the battle (misguided shots, etc.), but no deliberate teamkills.

Have you even logged into this game within the last 5-6 years? Seriously.

Check me on Jarl's List . I came back to playing MW:O after ~3years on Nov3d . Abysmally bad stats for the month, dropped right down to t5 from t3 (where I had been placed in absence due to PSR reset ) due to having to relearn to play a bit .

As you can see, I played 851 matches in November 2023 . Only NA and EU checked - I am living in Germany .

There is NO "lot of teamkilling" happening on EU . Just as well, there is no "crap you run commonly into on them."

Yes there is, and pretending otherwise doesn't make it stop happening. Russian and Ukrainian players have been having their own teamkilling proxy war going on on the majority of servers since before *previous* time Russia invaded Ukraine, as just one example.

I mean there's literally been a six plus year long teamkilling proxy war going on in this game with a lot of players of *two* of europe's many nationalities that inexplicably hate each other's guts despite having lived most of their lives in closer proximity then I do to a grocery store.

I play mostly EU and see teamkilling very rarely and even then its nothing to do with nationalities.

Since Monday I struggle to get into games. Most of the time I loose connection when the drop is initiated. Then my mech is locked in the game and I cannot connect to any games at all.
Any helpfull tips? Thanks

The most helpful tip is to read the front page if such happens. Issues have been there since the last patch. Hotfix is deployed in 4 hours. In the meanwhile deselect EU and NA from servers and dont play Centurions CN9-AH(L), CN9-A(NCIX), CN9-D(P). Oceanic is the only server that works right now.

In November 2023 I played 445 games. The number of deliberate cold-blooded teamkills was "0" (zero) as far as I can remember.

My personal experience shows that what you are describing as "fairly typical of a match on an EU server or with a significant chunk of EU players yet." and "a lot of teamkilling happening" almost does not happen.

I have seen both Russian and Ukrainian players - both as single players and premades - but they have never been teamkilling each other they way you are describing.

Again, pretending what I see on each every one of them, every match I join, or any server with a large proportion of EU players doesn't happen doesn't mean it doesn't happen Martian. At this point you're just being straight up deluded.
