darn, i get on just too late to redeem. oh well.

I was pretty sure that I was in before the 2 days so I submitted a support ticket. They are claiming they cannot see when I submitted the request to redeem and so cannot verify if I was within the redemption period. So now that part of the web bit for MWO is broken now?

There was no "2 days redemption period". Actually, the redemption period was 25 hours long and ended 20 hours 20 minutes ago.
