2 medium one centurion and a wolverine
1 newly bought howler heavy mech
1 atlas assault founder mech
1 hvn assault

Im only left with raven and a locked up atlas

I dunno why, I just put stuffs on my skill tree and this happened.

Server error or some connection problem between the server and your game client. Try closing the client and then logging in. If your 'Mechs do not show up, do not panic. Your 'Mechs should return in 15-20 minutes anyway.
