Phoenix Protocol Compensation Event

We're Back Baby! Like a Phoenix Reborn from the ashes.

Thank you for your patience while we resolved the issues with our Database!

(Apparently, our game is packed with too much stuff!)

This Event intends to Compensate players who had Active Premium Time

and to thank you for sticking with us and playing MWO even through the technical challenges.

Okay the names for the compensation event categories are hilarious but also giving me flashbacks to losing 5 mechs stuck in a match simultaneously only to get into a game on the 6th with 340 ping. XD

Quick question: How exactly does one earn a "saviour kill"?

Savior Kill: Upon killing an enemy Mech. If that enemy had been attacking a teammate who has a critical component that is 50% health or lower within the last 10 seconds you will be awarded 7500CBills, and 150XP.

Note that you don't have to deal the killing blow for a saviour kill. You only must have dealt damage to the killed enemy within the last 15 seconds before the killing blow.

PGI said "in the last 10 seconds". Has it been changed?

Well, my notes say 15s, but I don't have a source currently.
Your CBills and XP are definitely outdated. It's 8000 CB and 80 XP
Edit: All sources I can find rn say 10s, so you might have this part correct.

Are the rewards for the phoenix event bugged? I didn't get 2 x 7 day premium time that was listed... only got 1.

I'll admit the recompense is generous and easy to qualify for even in light of how teeth grinding the games got. I'm basically one dual Gauss shot from completion.
