Will there be another chance to earn this mech or another way by chance?

it will be available for cbills in a few months, without the skin.

in march we will get a continuous beam laser and you could put that on a jenner iic.

sometimes loyalty mechs can be obtained again in a subsequent loyalty program, but thats really up to what pgi wants to do at the end of the year.

The JR7-A (Standard Variant, with no CBills bonus boost) should be available later this year, if past history is a guide...

As for JR7-A(L) with the +30% CBills bonus boost, you might be above to get this (and other previous Loyalty (L) mechs) during some of the Annual (Loyalty) Reward Programme, typically Sept-Nov each year.

1. One can pick a few previous years' Loyalty mechs from this Annual Rewards Programme back in 2020, and 2022.

2. Specifically, you cannot get any previous years' Loyalty mechs from this Programme back in 2021 and 2023.

For 2024, I myself is looking forward (or hoping!) to choosing more previous years' Loyalty Mechs myself!
