Greetings MechWarriors!

Welcome to the Lucky Charms 2024 Event!

This year's lucky Charms will be all about getting the Loot bags, Bonus Redeems and Pick a Prize Hero Mech of Choice.

We have also included “Legends” that have been made into Heroes and every Hero that has been available for MC up to the December 2023 Patch Date.

This includes: Howl, Desperada, Arges, Seraph, Scattershot, Dreadnought, Moonwalker, and Juggernaut

Note these are just the “Hero” versions of the Legends and do not include any of the Legends Mini Battlepass content!

UPDATE * The Stone Rhino hero was not released for MC until Jan patch so is not available for selection. Look for it to qualify as an option in future Pick a Prize Hero Events.

Event Dates

• Starts - March 16th at 00:00 UTC
• Ends - April 23rd at 00:00 UTC
• Deadline to open Loot bags - May 2nd 00:00 UTC

Loot bags

• 300 Loot bags - Earn 1 Loot bag for every 100 Match score accumulated

Bonus Redeems

Unlimited Bonus Redeems

• Purchase a 200 GSP Bundle in the Gift Store and redeem it during the Event to earn 25 Bonus Redeems
• 200 GSP Bundles can be purchased multiple times for Multiple Bonus Redeems
• Gifting a 200 GSP Bundle to another player means they would receive the Bonus Redeems

One-time Bonus Redeems (Otomo purchase bonus redeems coming post-patch)

• Purchase the Upcoming Otomo Mech Pack to earn 50 bonus redeems
• Purchase the Upcoming Otomo Mech Pack Pack as a gift and the Giftee receives 50 bonus redeems when they redeem the gift code(must be during the Lucky Charms Event to get 50 Bonus Redeems)
• Purchase the Red Reaper II, Kasai, Li Dok To, or Sovereign Legendary Mech Packs to earn 50 bonus redeems
• Purchase the Red Reaper II, Kasai, Li Dok To, or Sovereign Legendary Mech Packs as a gift and the Giftee receives 50 bonus redeems when they redeem the gift code(must be during the Lucky Charms Event to get 50 Bonus Redeems)

Pick a Prize

• Earn a Pick a Prize Hero Mech at 250 Loot bags!

I don't have a Dreadnought and I really want one but that Koloss is looking interesting as well... although I don't see any on the battlefield so maybe I should stick to my first pick. In any case thanks x1000!!

It would be nice to have enough players online to get more than a few drops an hour. Maybe the evnt will do it.

On the upside of the current population crisis, I've managed to prepare dinner and get it in the oven whilst in queue... and I've got all servers selected.

Been playing for an hour and a half now, it's not registering my match score gains. Kind of defeats the point of the event.

I cannot believe MWO's generosity, allowing us to pick also from the Hero mech versions of the Legendary mechs!

Can I just point out that the removal of intermediate awards is not motivating to new players?

I don't care if it's just decals and warhorns. Please consider return rewards for reaching sub-amounts of the 30,000 match score so that people can feel a sense of progress through levels of match score earned instead of just saying "Here, get 30k."

Actually, this event offers "intermediate awards". They are called Loot Bags and you get a few Loot Bags after every game.

Yeah, kinda crap to announce it and take it away. If it was an error they should have owned up to it and leave it as an option. I actually had decided to get the Koloss after watching some YT videos. So, meh.
