As the title says, does the plasma cannon benefit from clan ppc quirks? It will be really helpful to know. And I am posting this because for some reason the search feature is not available for me.

Weird that plasma are part of the lppc group since thats an IS weapon and can't be mounted on clan mechs. I guess there might be some internal code thing going on that requires it or something.
