This happen for anyone else? Post patch I hit caps lock to chat and it does not even show I am attempting to transmit. This only started with the patch.

Windows might have done a security update and reset your mic permissions, I've had it happen to me.

go to Start > Settings > Privacy > Microphone (It'll be on the left hand panel) and make sure everything that needs to be toggled on actually is.

I'm running Windows 10 and haven't had any issues with voice chat not working post-patch. Is your PTT button working okay? How about your mic and speakers?

I also use my motherboard's front case mic and speaker jacks for communication, not a USB headset.

yeah i had something like that happen to me today. i didn't think it had anything to do with the game though as i have just recently gotten a new PC and still getting the settings all sorted out right. (in my case it turns out my PC was trying to use my Platystation controller (i was playing Skyrim, trying to mod it enough to make it fun) for the mic instead of my headset. it was a simple enough fix just annoying.
