Currently the cooldown nodes do nothing for Machine Guns, Flamers, Rotary Autocannons, X-Pulse lasers or Beam lasers. I think it would give us greater flexibility in builds to add bonus Rate of Fire for these types of weapons to the Cooldown skill nodes. They can be separate values, and probably should be.
Thoughts?

I think it would be fun. Machine Guns or AC are very limited in skills, gauss, missiles, lasers, UAC, LBX, and even flamer have some skill.
But nothing special for AC and Machine Guns.
Cooldown does not work on X-Pulse Laser ? I was thinking both cooldown and duration work on that.
