anyone else not able to log into the client itself or is it just me being shadow banned because im alpha and speak out about rainbows?

We have experienced it before: Log In Error 13

Anyway, have you tried MWO Repair Tool? I am asking because you have been the only one reporting such error here. The previous "Error 13" was a mass problem.

i did the repair tool flushed dns changed password even emailed support and nothing from all sides hence why im shadow banned

tsk tsk. Other than that mass event back in June 2022, the few other times that error had popped up were players trying to play through their school's wifi. One was able to temporarily utilize their mobile as a hotspot to play.

Edit.. Since it is the patcher, which is web based, change the DNS from your default ISP to Google. This can either be done on the computer itself or the router/gateway.

there is this thing in the real world called office hours. this game does not have enough paying players to hire a 24/7 call center in india.

also anyone who needs to tell you hes alpha isn't.

Try deleting your C:\Users\<your local user ID>\Saved Games\MechWarrior Online\Shaders directory on your hard drive if you can't log in.

Once when I was having a problem with extremely long load times someone told me about this trick in game. After the match I logged out, deleted the Shaders directory and the load time issue went away when I logged back in. Sometimes that directory gets corrupted and it messes with the game.
