Stretching out arms would be akin to melee combat, which has already been stated numerous times is not possible with the engine MWO uses.

at the very least PGI should make it possible to do this with a mech's arm

maybe tweak the angle a bit? enough so it doesnt look like they are holding an invisible box? but rather like there is an intention to aim?

Technically they could using the toggle doors weapon bays button but anyways i agree and we need crouching again too
