Can challenge someone in one of the ingame chat channels? Maybe we would need a channel specifically for that? where I challenge a single player to a 1vs1 duel in any of the small arena maps?

The idea would be to challenge anybody on the fly and the n just make it happen....unless there is a way to do this already?

Send them a friend request (by clicking on their name) and invite them to a private lobby once the match is over.

You'd have to go into a private match, because anyone in a public qp match will interfere.

There should be amore streamlined process...also... "friends" that's a big word for me, it would be more fun to challenge any trash talker at the ingame chat or someone from a prior match. But I dont know... I'm just thinking about how I would challenge/be challenged by other players right on the spot while playing WoW. Wish MWO had something similar.

I don't play WoW, but I guess when you're challenging someone you're not doing anything special (you're not in a dungeon or something) so your challenge does not interrupt anything and you can do it right away.
In MWO it won't be the same, you have a fight to fight.
