Allow Menu Navigation While In Queue

As the title says, as a new player it is extremely frustrating being unable to browse the mech shop, loadouts and skill tree while in queue.

Even if unable to make changes while in queue the ability to browse through stuff would be a welcome quality of life improvement.... especially for new players.

It is strange you can for example still chat when waiting for FP but not for QP, this would be awesome change. Posted Image
