Hello,

New weapons have been added to the game, however these weapons can only benefit from generalized quirks, as no specific quirks related to these weapons are available on any of the mechs. Is there a consideration to add some of these quirks on existing mechs? On a lot of existing mechs these new weapons would make a good idea, however they are dwarfed by the fact that you are forgoing quirks that only affect the old weapons.

Furthermore, I would suggest inventing a generalized ballistic ammo quirk, like +25% ammo or +25% ballistic ammo rounded up, as a replacement for some mechs simply having an ammo quirk for every existing ballistic ammo type, except the new ones. This will also be more accommodating for any future weapons added to the game, requiring less re-balancing maintenance.

i noticed this when fooling around with my Urbies. i was thinking it would be interesting to go Magshot/LPPC on one but found that the ammo Quirks for the Ubies did not include Magshot ammo though it did include ammo for the L-AC/2 and 5

Iirc quirks for the new weapons especially ammo quirks are going to be on a case by case basis. So if you feel a mech needs some loving then make your case on the cauldron discord with breakdowns and situations. Also expect pushback because everyone has an agenda there and your idea might not jive with theirs. Fun place.

LACs benefit from standard AC quirks. The weird thing is, so do Magshots.
