This was something I noticed rather quickly when the KFX-G first came out all those years ago. It was a small, though very noticeable (to me), visual bug with the small size missile launchers on the left and right torsos. The pods are placed too far up and too far apart so they stick outside the mech geometry. Which means when you turn the mech around you can see through the back of the launchers which have no texture there since they were supposed to be against the mech's torso.
I figured it would eventually get fixed as I assumed it was something that other people probably have noticed. Like with the visual bugs that happened with the Stalker and it side torso panels or the Annihilator with it's lower torso cannons visual bug from behind.
But after several years it went seemingly unnoticed. I think I brought it up a few times somewhere here on the forums but I'm not sure. And then I fell off the game for a few years.
However just recently I started to do a few games again and found that, interestingly, this bug is still present. Has it really gone that unnoticed? Or do people just not really care? Or both?
... I suppose both would make sense if they didn't notice...

Well, there's not many people maintaining this game anymore and that would be a pretty minor bug so low priority if PGI is even aware of it.

I never noticed, had to log in to see what you are talking about.
You're right, and it only does it on small missiles.
Not an issue to me, as I never play on 3rd person, and never play splat fox, but I can see how that could be annoying.
