Greetings MechWarriors,

We are aware of an issue preventing the redemption of Legends and other Bundles purchased through Steam.

We are investigating and working with Steam to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We apologize to those affected and will be injecting 1250 MC and 100 GSP for those waiting for their Steam-purchased compensation as soon as the issue is resolved.

Additionally we will also be running a Legendary event as a thank-you for everyone purchasing and supporting Legends Mech Packs!

Yeah, bought the STEAM Legendary King Crab Argent KGC-A, but it says STEAM/MWO cannot inject the content into my account

That's the problem and not only that Legendary, I bought 2 and got the problem with both.. my guess something broke between pgi and steam in the last update.

Looks like something may have happened to the fonts? The trademark characters after "Mechwarrior Online" aren't being rendered correctly in the redemption dialog. I don't seem to remember it looking like that previously (though I may not have been paying enough attention on my last steam DLC). This could be causing a mismatch when the server tries to validate what item was purchased?

Looking forward to this next legendary and the upcoming event. Thanks for keeping us updated!

Do we need to make a support ticket email to get the MC and GSP compensation?. I purchased the Argent yesterday but didn't make one since I saw there was already an influx and this general statement on the issue.
