I guess the general problem with settings reverting back to default has been obvious, looky here:

While the workarounds suggested there work, they do not work consistently. How the game is able to go around read-only flags or files that are copied back into the folder is inknown to me. I guess this is a very sophisticated broken part of the game, good work.

Especially any other kind of the standard mouse + keyboard settings is suffering. I think with the second method - copying the file back - I do retain my mouse & keyboard settings. But for my throttle everything reverts back to standard and I have to set it up again. And again. And again. And again. And again.

And it sucks! I'd call it game-breaking, because it currently sucks the fun out of playing the game when I have to...well I already said it.

How something like this could have snuck past QA I don't know. So, you know...please fix the input of the game so we can play it. Thank you.

Just saw DATA's You Tube video and he raises this amongst other issues, like a very complicated mech lab- if a world champ gets frustrated what hope have I got ! Well worth a watch before you part with cash.
I think I'll pass untill moders fix it....
ps, love the mechwarrior in the promo pic, did'nt know a clan warrior liked plucked eyelashes, good to see them taking such care of their complection....
