Maybe one of you might know and would be helpful ,refund leger pops up at least twice a week for no reason it does say im getting millions back but it does not do that . it erases all my settings has to be reset. this has been happening for some months. machine is good and under warranty

Have you tried to run the MWO Repair tool?

its a new install did before patch , ran good about 15 drops and then ledger pops up gives me nothing and game is completely reset. last week it happened twice and more before that.

A new install will trigger the pop up for each account/toon. It is saved in the attributes.xml file in the each toon subfolder folder in the saved games folders.

C:\Users\Window log in name\Saved Games\MechWarrior Online\Profiles\toon name

There has to be then some file access right problem that causes the game not able to save the settings files.
