I'm on the latest patch, game version is shown as v1.0.69 in the menu.

DLAA isn't working at all. When I enable it, coming from DLSS Quality, performance goes up and power consumption goes down which suggests that it uses upscaling with a lower internal resolution than DLSS Quality. But DLAA should'nt use any upscaling at all and it should lower performance and raise power consumption because it uses native resolution. So, yeah, bugged.

Frame Generation is a whole different bug. It works. But it has to be reapplied after every new start of the game. It goes like this: I start the game. I either notice around 100fps in the menu or when I load into the mission screen or I notice around 90fps when I'm in the mission. I then go to the menu, disable FG, apply, apply, re-enable it, apply, apply. FPS then go up to 150-ish in the menu or 130-ish in the mission.

It somehow reminds me of the now thankfully fixed bug with the control options resetting every game start, so I guess something is messing with the config file, again.

Please fix. :)

PS: As an addition, even when running the game without Frame Generation (because of the horrible HUD-ghosting issue), you have to disable and re-enable DLSS on every game start. Otherwise the game runs native. How do I know?

With a 90 fps limit and high settings, when I start the game fresh and don't ren-enable DLSS, the game frequently runs at 99% gpu usage (RTX 4080 and 3440x1440 resolution), blow 90fps, with well over 250 watts gpu power consumption, sometimes close to 300 watts. I then open up the menu, disable DLSS, enable it again and BAM! Under 80% utilization, stable fps, 100+ watts less power consumption and 10 to 15 degrees cooler.

This is so unneccessary. The game has the built in technology to run with good graphics, but upscaled to save power and run cooler, if you chose to do so, but it internally resets these settings on every new game start but without telling so.

I totally get people who say they'd prefer to run games native, for maximum graphics and no worries for the power consumption, which is fine. But you give us the options to chose from, so please make sure they work and fix this in an upcoming patch.
