Why aren't paint colour sales more common. There's only been one of those this year.

Listening to what or who exactly? This is the usual science sale they always put out.
If they listened to requests they would have made an actual sale with colors and bolt-ons. You know, those bolt-ons several people have been asking since they promised a bolt-on sale after the last one broke... THAT would be listening.
