Thinking of investing into a Night Gyr. However Idk where I should look into for the most fun and good kill efficiency. Got any favorites?

Night Gyr's can be fun and deal big damage and kills. They can also be frustrating due to low mobility and squishy CT.
They play best as an opportunity striker, remaining in the ranks of your team without drawing too much attention.


I like the NTG-B with:
1 UAC-10, 1 UAC-5, 2 A/C-2
It sheds and is fun to play.

An effective build these days is, (and I forget which variant this goes on stock)
2 HAG-30, with your choice of 3 or 2 or no ERML. I like it with 3 ERML, it is a little hot, but again it is a striker not a facetime mech anyway.

There are also ballistic/laser mixed builds that are effective:
1 UAC-10, 1 UAC-5, 4 or 5 med pulse or ERML

They tend to stay in the hangar because there seems to be no middle ground for performance. You either do 800+ damage and multiple kills or get cored your first peek, before you get to shoot anything. GLHF
