Anyone come up with some CTF 1X builds after the quirk update last month? I've been running it with 5 ER meds and a UAC10, but the mech feels a little underwhelming. Seems like the old blazer builds are still the best way to go even with the new bonuses?

The quirk changes didn't do very much: they expanded the duration quirk to include all lasers; expanded velocity to include all weapons and buffed it 5%, and expanded the laser range quirk to include pulse lasers.
So the focus of the 'mech is still the same, with a bit more flexibility. Gauss Blazer Vomit (Blauss vomit?) will be slightly buffed, and remains a strong build. You could try Something With Pulse Lasers, to use the newfound flexibility, with all the attendant drawbacks of close-range weaponry in an XL-friendly Heavy. Heck, you could Screw Around With LPPCs, if you want, but the builds that were strong on the chassis before are still likely to be strongest.
To be clear, the Cataphract is a pretty XL-friendly chassis because of its hit boxes, so using an XL and fighting at medium to long range is probably going to serve you best.
