You don't want the Hollander. You want the Hollander II. The only way the Hollander would be interesting is if they gave it quirks with an absurd amount of ammo tonnage and no gauss rifle charge up time.

Well that thing kind of exists already, it's called the Grid Iron Hunchback.
Not exactly the same tonnage and stuff, but it can run an identical loadout, quirked for it too.
The fact that it gets -50% total gauss rifle cd quirk but dedicated Gauss/Big ballistic lights like Panther or the Abaddon at most only match them when they're nowhere as durable and would have to be pretty slow for their tonnage/sacrifice a lot of additional firepower/armor is kind of lame though, yeah.

Cauldron/PGI demonstrated on "Scaleshot" that they have no problem with giving a 'Mech absurd and lame quirks.

Scaleshot brought something new to the Viper and gave alpha to 40 ton mechs with jumps. A Hollander can already be made with the Firestarter-H and doesn’t need dev time to bring it to life when there are far more compelling options for other mechs.

As for the webpage… I’d wager that most of PGI is on holiday break and so it won’t get posted until the new year.

What, by basically being the SRM Jenner-IIC but better in almost everything? It's a new playstyle for the Viper sure, but it's not a unique addition to the game.
Personally I won't say that's the problem of Scaleshot being ridiculously (just a bit maybe) OP though (if they really wanted to nerf it maybe limit it to 24SRM [currently it can run SRM28 tubes] tubes instead of stupid stuff like nerfing ammo quirks [not an actual performance nerf] imo, this would also encourage actually using the CT energy slot), more like JR7-IIC (and the SRM Arctic Wolf as the groundbound alternative) being just that bad.

Oh right, I also realized that someone forgot the Scattershot exists with its negative quirks yet somehow remembered the Shadow Hawk is a thing and to give it (but not the Scattershot) some buffs back on the December patch couple weeks ago.

I actually agree with this particular sentiment, the scaleshot had zero reason to exist like that. While I did always want a missile version of the Viper, I always expected it to be an SRM2 ******* like the LCT-3S because otherwise it would completely invalidate the Jenner IIC, which it definitely did for a long time.
