I just noticed tonight with my Riflemen that the laser hardpoints are no longer long barrels, but short barrels near the shoulders. That's not very Rifleman IMO It wasn't always like that as my unit card images show.

i always found it amusing that people always complain that their hitbox is too big. but will feel emasculated if their barrels get shortened.
i guess its up there with the compulsion to go into the tunnel every time a map presents one.

Ugh, it's changes like this that deviate from the source material in such a way that make me reconsider supporting the game, like buying the Fire Moth pack that's upcoming. The Rifleman looked fine as-is, and it still loses its CT and arms as it always did. I just don't get it.
Granted, I didn't like how MechWarrior 4 basically did the same thing with its redesigns, but I still played that game a lot.

If you do not like the game any longer, then do not play it.
It is nonsense to "force" yourself into playing a game that you do not enjoy anymore.
