Friend Cant Log In.

This is the screen it shows for him, he is in the UK but the issue has been going on for the past few weeks starting in november.

Running the MWO Repair tool did not help?

  • Is he not able to log into the forums either? And the posted image is not viewable. It needs to be saved/hosted to another website, imgur or such to link the image, it cannot be saved directly from your computer.
  • What steps were taken?
    • If using Avast, he will need to unquarantined the MWO exe file then set to ignore. Plenty of threads on that subject.
    • Reboot Router and modem?
    • Change his DNS from default ISP?
    • DNS Flush?
    • Test by using a VPN? Several free ones to try, simply to see if he can connect after doing the other normal troubleshooting steps?
