I am not trying to be pushy, over-expectant or disgruntled. I am simply asking a question to find out what is happening. Your assumptions are incorrect. I am simply inquisitive.

Unfortunately for all of us, given past experience of what happens when something bad affects people at PGI in any way, it does not matter how we ask, wonder, and/or inquire about future things. The time period of May/June/July 2024 has become a potential possible prime example regarding why asking/wondering/inquiring is best avoided for some time to come. Perhaps please wait until the start of 2026 on trying to poke them over skipped and/or future possible items? They already

A Final Note
With a smaller team, there may be some bumps along the way—missed dates, smaller patches, or the occasional mistake. But rest assured, we remain committed to delivering the best experience possible for you, our amazing community.
...which pretty much indicates those up at PGI need time to recover from what EG7 did upon them, and it disturbingly feels like I'm the only one to fully register a spectrum of implications from this. For all I know, paranoia to the extent of so-called "White Knight-ing" and defending for PGI perhaps caught up with me, simply due to wanting PGI & MWO avoiding being destroyed over what it would mean for MechWarrior in the foreseeable future. (
Yeah, go ahead and crack a joke or two at my expense on that one... I'm probably overdue for it!) While we all might want more free stuff on MWO with which to keep ourselves occupied, and all the while attracting more people into this game, it seems like asking/wondering/inquiring currrently (
at least from my half-fried perspective) does not appear to be a safe option. Because of this, I just double-checked MWO's CoC merely for reference, along with wanting to actively avoid any more players being lost, and confirmed this scare-causing little tidbit still exists...
MWO Code Of Conduct said:
STAFF ABUSE
Engaging in any of the following actions is forbidden:
<<< snip >>>
Griefing or violating the Code of Conduct when engaging with or referencing members of PGI staff or the volunteer moderator team.
<<< snip >>>
Demanding a public response or acknowledgement of topics, comments, or other communications.
(
DISCLAIMER — I am seriously NOT some random Moderator nor part of PGI in any way/shape/form whatsoever... This excerpt is merely referenced for the sake of communication/knowledge in an attempt to avoid bad things happening!!!)
...to which for saving time, I am only excerpting the relevant parts minus a fair bit of formatting. I really hope they do not decide to exercise these, and want PGI to never feel like they might need to. The thought of their possibly & potentially doing such again scares me horribly, as it felt to my own perception like they actually did exercise those back around the May/June/July 2024 time period when there was a blocking wall effectively smashed against all who avoid (
for good reason by the way, as I am not able to handle the current-day form of that stuff) any Faction-based game functions. I was not able to engage against those who wrongfully poked PGI's Staff at that time because of things gone way beyond my control. Regrettably it happened however that I got hit by the effects of those other people and their actions, and it's something which I really
NEVER want a repeat of. Even if you all must consider me an MWO-defending passionate lunatic nut of some kind, I'm left to ask...
Can we all please really quiet down about future Events queries before everyone gets suddenly severely stomped upon???
<*steps out after these last approximate ~2.75 hours spent upon this post, because they want to go design a Mech for which prototype elements are floating around in their mind... they really hope it will be possible to make that idea work*>

— You're right about me being overly-assuming in my previous posting of people and their mental states here. The last time something bad happened to an Event being launched, the absolute near-worst case actually happened. It has left me scared since about any such trouble happening again, which in turn causes me to be mentally stuck on avoiding a recurrence of such negativity. Please just give me a year or two without others giving PGI pokes at the wrong time in order to calm down?)
