is there some way to separate the lifetime stats for a chassis in stats from the stats for a given month for same chassis, in order to gauge personal performance/improvement with chassis/loadout

doesn't seem I can separate chassis dupes in stats by naming to differentiate by loadout type so I will have to settle on a given loadout and thus playstyle but separating lifetime from month is of interest to me

best solution I can think of so far is to choose a single loadout, skilltree for given chassis and see if there's just an upward trend on jarls in that weight class for that season compared to previous which feels very constrictive

load mechstats into a new sheet (in the same file) every month/week/day or so and compute the differences between them. i dont actually do this as i just paste the stats into the same sheet at the end of each play session and dont really care about deltas. but i have given it thought as to how to do it.

also a lookup table can be used to get additional information about each chassis/variant beyond what is listed in the mechstats. this mostly is for additional sorting options, like tonnage, hardpoints and bonuses. it helps to make a template into which to paste the new stats and just make a new copy each time you add stats.

so do your lookup table, template, stats1..statsN etc. make a compare sheet that just takes sheetN.cell - sheetN-1.cell or some such and fill that across all relevant cells.

update your stats at off peak hours, sometimes you go to fetch the stats and get a truncated version. this can be bad if you automate the process.

When in doubt just do it ones self with excel

now if I could just get the stats page to differentiate between dupes

id share mine but they are a bloody mess and i use libreoffice calc to make the matter worse.

no way to solve the dupe problem, unless it has a bonus as the mechstats differentiates those. somehow i have like 3 viper-fs because they give that one away a lot. i generally dont have more than one mech of each variant though.

what you do is when you are trying to improve a build, only run that mech across 2 stats updates and avoid the others while doing that. or build them out the same way.
