Good event idea!

And some feedback regarding one mech: In a world with so many hardmounts on new mechs (including close to twice the firepower per alpha, hi @ Stone Rhino Koloss!), how about we give the good old Spirit Bear some actually good offensive and defensive quirks to compensate? I'm sure the mech would see a lot more love and play time if it weren't relegated to being an overweight Orion IIC cosplay.

Funny, we (friends and I) were discussing this exact point a bit earlier, we reached this conclusion: good quirks for the Spirit Bear would be a speed boost (+7.5% ?) and a better crit receiving reduction (maybe 100% like on the N7). I don't think it needs offensive quirks.

Only thing I did when I got the three mechs. Swapped the BKS-3 for a Longbow 10C

Once again, the AMS goal is the hardest to attain because in the "balance" that this game has found, no one finds value in bringing missiles.

That's totally false and you know it.
I usually don't bring AMS, so I just dropped on a Firestarter-S with double AMS and in one game I had completed the challenge.
You can do it too.
