everyone can get a headshot it came free with your 3HPPC trial thunderbolt that you have on your hangar
it also has +20% range which the regular tdr9s cant get even with full skills only reaching +15% because derp

theres also the trial hgr fafnir sure whatever

It's more likely thanks to the splash damage but still far from a freebie. I'm more than suspicious of those who get multiple head shots in one game though I'm sure we will see that during the event.

there's nothing suspicious about headshotting mc2, bsk, and ctf, or whatever other vehicle with bad head hitbox that is smack dab on its center mass

Just to be clear, PPC Splash damage cannot damage the Cockpit (aka cannot do headshot because of Splash damage).
This was on this forum, posted by MWO staff a few years ago.

Ugh, the destroy 200 limbs event task is such a chore.
Everything else you can do in like 12 hours I think, with the 100 kills being the longest otherwise.

you can guesstimate based on their jarls rating.
