I actually thought the headshot reward for this months event called enhanced imaging was the one. Nope its a warhorn. Still cool but not the one I was after...

That (and the elemental bolt-ons) are acquired by buying the Warden booster pack for real dollars.

Do not worry about it. Just take a 'Mech with two or three high-powered pinpoint weapons.

You still have more than two weeks to complete that part of the event.

the warhorn the statue and the mech all came in teh warden pack, they even had a contest of who made the best design for the mechs, but i dunno if it was actually a contest or just a bunch of people sharing images.
