Cutting Clan LRM volley times in half.

They went from essentially useless to almost useful.

So, good job, PGI.

I'm rocking the Clan Archer tonight, getting some consistently good results too.

Interesting, considering the change in cLRM volley's doesn't happen for another 10 days

I thought those volleys still seemed a bit long... well, it will be the best change.
