Dear MWO,

So what are the quirks / hardpoints of the reward mechs in the 2025 MWO Annual (Loyalty) Rewards?

Many folks (me included) have pennies jingling in the pocket after the end-of-month paycheques

Now that the Sept patch is out of the way, we would appreciate details of these reward mechs!

Would for example purchasing the Wolfhound Grinner from the Resistance Heroes qualify for IS Package?

It says: Have purchased any IS pack, IS Hero, or IS Reinforcement Variant from the Premium Packages Page

quirks might be different at least. frankly not sure if its worth buying a $30 pack over it. id rather have the skinny stalker. maybe they will put out an is pack i dont have before loyalty expires.

the number of surplus warthogs and viper-fs in my inventory, and the elf commandos are starting to pile up too. you cant sell them either. pgi should do a decked eq event for loyalty mechs so i can run decks full of them.

yea its still up in the air whether or not i go for the non-legend clan/is rewards. seeing what the reward is will help make a better decision. you have to buy an expensive pack to get those, and i dont want pgi to get the notion that i agree with their price hikes. dont want to pay full game prices for scraps. they usually have a sale towards the expiration though. so holding out is good idea at this point. mostly interested in novel variants, neither pack nor loyalty offers that (maybe the stalker).

Keep in mind that modifications of existing chassis like the Grand Summoner, Black Hawk, etc. are considered booster packs or Legends depending on how they are packaged.

When PGI put the effort into a brand new chassis like Fire Moth and Shadow Hawk IIC, only then is it considered a mech pack.

its usually updated every hour on the hour, though sometimes you have to relog.

I suppose they will give it something unique or at least rare. Even if it's only a So8 Bonus.

Does anyone know if the 'Special' Mech add-on counts as 'Reinforcements' for Mechs that don't have a reinforcement option (e.g. Stone Rhino)?

When did you buy? The eligibility Page is updated every 24 hours.
