Gave MWO a good effort but have come to realize I'm no good at shooters and have decided move on Really suffered thru the Cadet missions and then decided on the Clan Archer as it offered energy and missle options Did the best I was able to but not knowing the maps was a BIG disadvantage and was consistently out maneuvered and taken out, making playing a real chore. I thought the current event would have been worth staying but it's not and I have other titles to explore and invest what little gaming time I have into instead of MWO I'm glad I didn't have to purchase this because that would have been a complete waste of money IMHO I am still a big fan of tabletop so I might just return there instead of online I'd be interested in other's opinions so respond and I will check back from time to time

Sorry to hear that...some would consider MWO to be a thinking man's (or woman's) shooter game, if that's any consolation...

Sorry to hear that the game didn't work out for you. I quite enjoy it though I am not a great player and I die alot.

I've become suspicious of these regular posts with the same complaints, slightly restated. The new player experience has been the same for years and years - but now people keep on making "I'm leaving forever" posts, which violate the Forum Code of Conduct. They also get traffic from people who want to help, and thus remain at the top of the new player help forums.

This is not helpful, for new players or old.
