Awesome 8Q is the best stand-in for Warhammer, or Cataphract maybe despite looking nothing like it, the 'Phract can pack a similar loadout on the 1X and 3D, I think.
Jagermech is the replacement for the Rifleman.

The Blackjack has no announced release date. When it gets one, I will post it to my List of current and announced 'mechs.
However, if they keep up with their 1-mech-a-month schedule, it's slated for June.

Blackjack is one of my favorite TT Mechs; a great middleweight, direct fire weapons platform. Looks like all hardpoints are on the arm though?

You won't have much room for anything on that thing. 22 tons for the 2 LBX10s, 10.5 to 16 tons for the engine, 8.5 tons of armor (granted you can cut this). That is a lot to fit into a 45 ton mech.

You can, but only one variant; the BJ-1X can mount a 295 engine, putting it at 106.2 kph (116.8 with Speed Tweak). All the other variants can only mount 235 rated engines, maxing out at 84.6 (93.0) kph.
Also, with a 295XL engine, Endo Steel, Ferro-fibrous armour, you'd still have to shave off some armour just to mount 2 LB-10X in there, and almost all of it if you want ammo for the guns as well.
So, in short, don't get your hopes up too high for that dual-LB10-X light hunter BlackJack.

Hey, But if I can pull it off (by that time hopefully the whole ECM, lagshield fiasco subsides) it will be completely worth it.

I seen one version of it on the wiki that replaced the ACs with 2 large lasers.

Weather this will be viable in MW:O however is a different story. Think that was where I got the "Warhammer feel" for it. The WH uses PPCs but two large lasers and two mediums in the torso would be nice for a close support weapon. It also states they have jump jets which I'm not over concerned about but would be nice to see.

you could just run single LB 10x AC and add ac2 for some screen **** to protect your weak/lightly armored body
