I see the support webpage says:

"Our agents are available 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific, Monday to Friday excluding Canadian Holidays."

Are you planning to expand opening hours for support once the game goes live and\or open beta?

If not, what happens when something goes wrong on a saturday and support is closed?

Or is it just that "regular" support has those opening hours while critical failures and such will be dealt with 24\7 all year?

Customer service reps would be there only during listed hours, so if your credit card got double charged, you'd contact them during those hours to get it fixed. The data center would have 24/7 support.
