he just points his arm and shoots his lasers to steer in the direction he wants to go.

What I don't understand is the guy in the astronaut suit with the knife.

I had a group of TT BT friends who once managed to salvage part of an Atlas.

They were required to take a city. They stripped down all the weapons and armor. Then they took pbc pipe and other scavanged pieces to make the Atlas look like it was fully armed and armored. They dialed up the engine. (The total weight of the mech was now down to about 30-40 Tons with the engine.) They ran that thing around the edge of the city going 70-100 KPH. The town decided to surrender rather than fight these raiders that must have found a cache of lostech somewhere.

Now THERE's information warfare for ya. XD

Using the recoil of his AC20 is the only way he learned to fly his Atlas!

@ astronat suit guy: That's not a knife, that's a paint brush. Despite the fact his division was surprised by heavy assault, he desperately still tries to finish the white bones paint job on the Atlas.

[EDIT] Looks like disappointing your cheif by unfinished job can get more pain in the *** than trying to brush a fighting/flying Atlas in open space.

They're not preggers, they just have a proud bearing due to ingesting Steiner ales!

It would be fitting if the Atlas sticks up his middle finger while he's at it. :)

Atlas pilots find great humor in destroying everything in their path.

When I played tabletop, I had a friend who had a deaths head atlas mini with a hatchet. I cant tell you how frustrating it is having your mechs head popped off by a freekin hatchet weilding atlas ( damn him and his miraculous 20's on a hatchet roll)

Of course he thought it was freekin hilarious.
