Edit: Just went back looking for the original double charged thread. Have a look through for those having this issue. It should be of some help (hopefully).

Check paypal and see if the payment was cancelled.

They blacklisted me because I had to do two seperate transactions from a single site and immediatly blocked me from ever using it again as that was considered a dubious amount of purchases in too short a time frame.
Endless back and forth mail from support was simply a brickwall of canned responces and even when fulfulling thier requests they still didn't unblock me.
Screw em.
Paypal forevah!
