Im not sure if this will help anyone who is still trying to purchase a founders pack.

but my purchase was finally accepted when i went into my ultimate pay account and aligned my address details with that of my paypal address details.

You should put in more of an effort if you care about the game or paying for it. But you obviously do not, so, bye. I myself would have started a fuss with every party involved(Paypal, my bank, Playspan, PGI, etc) until I was able to buy mine. But that's just me. If I got really desperate I'd pull out my image of Fry that reads: "SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY".

Interestingly, I just purchased my Elite today and got a confirmation that I'm in! I used Ultimateplay.

Can't wait to play! Really excited!

i was declined many times but got charged anyway... with no confirmation or game to play. Its been 13 hours
