Is it a yellow pending box though? If it is some say rapidly pressing F5 can solve the problem.

Pending a bottle of whiskey and a revolver with one round per officer, or just the ISN losing interest?

Well, what can one expect from the FWL? Officers need breeding, not merely some fancy uniforms and the FWL just doesn't have that tradition.

Breeding doesn't make good officers. Last thing a military needs is a bunch of blue bloods trying to be fancy and important. Almost as bad as the Dracs encouraging individual duels in a war.

Breeding makes good people, a necessary pre-requisite for a good officer. You can certainly have a well-bred but poor quality officer but you just get trash if you start with trash, no matter how well you try to train it.

That's a flawed statement. It's like saying someone is a lucky person after the bet they chose won.
For the character of an officer it doesn't matter what you started with - you can only tell you have a good officer after the fact.

You can't train character or breeding, you have to start with the right kind of person from the beginning. I'm sorry to say that this is why certain factions end up with the calibre of officer they do... i.e. lacking.

Officers with character and good breeding still fail the ultimate tests that are required of them. To presume otherwise denies your people the freedom of becoming one. Maybe that's why your certain factions' wheat will not defeat certain factions' 'chaff'

In the terms of your 'chaff' "them's fighting words"... but I shall refrain. Let us merely say that history is abundantly clear on this and we in the LCAF have not been found lacking. How has history treated your people? :-)

History is written by those who have believe that it is a necessary incentive to those who follow their bloodlineage. I do not believe that such parameters define us, but only limit us with wasted expectations and purposeless dreams.
