DRAAGUN
I must say
We were a Merc unit. I have been a member since MPBT Gamestorm 1996 a year or so before our exodus from Liao to Davion where we "put down roots" .

Its gotta be the Kathil Uhlans.

Agree completely. The first B-Tech book I ever bought was Flashpoint. Went so far as to chop apart a really rare MW:DA Black Knight model and convert it into a Devastator just so I could paint it black with gold trim.

Tikonov Martial Academy Training Group for me, I remember it from '80s books/sourcebook material.

I always liked the Davion Heavy Guards, however if we are talking MPBT 3025, then naturally I would have to say the Warpig Mercenary Company.

That's not a Davion unit.
The 1st Kathil Uhlans or the 17th Avalon Hussars for me.

Davion troops generally do not place stigma on the mechs, they place the blame on the Combine where it belongs. House Davion has plenty of salvaged Jenners.

Right, Armed Forces of the Federated Suns. The Otomo is the body guard of the Coordinator of the Draconis Combine, in no way affialiated with the AFFS. Unless we're shooting at them.

and the Otomo never comes into contact with Davion forces in any shape or form.

They are an elite bodygaurd unit, stationed on Luthien.....when was the last time a FedSuns unit managed to take Lutien and threaten the Co-ordinater (except for those times in MPBT3025 when we OWNED the whole of the DC for a few weeks before it was reset :) )

Well, not exactly a mech unit :) but my favorite anyway.... MI6 The Rabid Foxes

And then there is Wylie's Coyotes :D We always played Col Enzo Wylie (Commander in 3025) as a decedent of ours, but I don't remember off the top of my head who was still in command in 3049.
