No, the Dragon's concept art was changed a few months ago. Max is, I believe, using my template which I made before the change. However, the dev team decided to rearrange the right arm and some of the proportions so the design changed. Anyway, I never bothered to replace the template because of what a drag it was to make the original (ed: eh, what can I say, I've been doing this stuff for free and you get what you pay for), and as far as I know no one else has made a new template that utilizes the current concept art.

Right. I did work using the new design back then... I guess I can take a bit of time this week to make a template out of one of those and post it in the thread.

Oh, so you did! I forgot about those. If you want, I can put your other templates on the OP.

So I was going to wait until I did 10, but I got too excited. This dump will have a little something for everyone*.
First up a Centurion from the St. Ives Expeditionary Group (my-pride-and-joy-player-unit). This machine is from the Command Company and I'm quite excited simply because it's a centurion in a SIEG scheme, and the Centurion is my main squeeze at the moment (as 'Mechs go). Text on the thigh reads "Where the hell is Indicass?" Referring to a St. Ives border world. Design on the left arm was an early mock up for the SIEG insignia, based off the SLDF Light Horse pattern. It's just "nose art" now.
Next up are a set of twins I made up for a long-time fan and fellow St. Ives Aficionado. These two Trebuchets were made up for Gwenora Scorpse, who specifically requested these insignia. I should note that I have had a terrible time finding out what a proper St. Ives Cheveau Legers scheme looks like, so these are of course conjectural. However after reading over The Capellan Confederation Field Manual I've decided to make future renditions of the field scheme in the straight gray-green scheme of the St. Ives Armored Cavalry, rather than the tiger stripe I've been using. However, beyond the fact that the base scheme is the standard SIAC gray-green, I have no other references for the trim, and so the trim on both the field and parade will stay the same. The parade version will go un-changed, as I like it and nothing canonical says to do otherwise. *whistles*
In the Field.
In the field but also on parade.
Ok, so this next one is something completely different. I've been putting off the St. Ives Janissaries because I absolutely hate the paint scheme featured on Camospecs. I mean... it's not totally unreasonable, given the textual descriptions on hand, but nothing expressly says that they should be painted like little toy soldiers either. So, I compromised. I started off by revamping the insignia, modifying it to one similar to that used by the Ceti Hussars (which the Janissaries are based on). I then started to look at the paint scheme and said "well hey, since I redid the insignia, why not also go for a Ceti Hussars feel on the paint scheme?" So I did. I kept the same base blue color of the Ceti Hussars, used the red from my new SIJ insignia, the green that I use for SIAC units and threw in some random yellow (The actual description of the color scheme reads: "The Janissaries paint their 'Mechs and equipment blue and red with green and yellow highlights." I think we all win). I was thrilled with the results.
Thanks for watching! More to come!

Sure thing. They'll be easier to find. Thanks!

Anyway, I'm glad Hayden posted these here. Work as fine as this should not be for my eyes alone.

Very nice work to the both of you. Seeing that Cat is reverse engineering those IH fx hehe... Cat, you're becoming the fx master now... Harts, missed ya, buddy!
Alright... Are you feeling the blues? Then here's some:
Blue Starr Irregulars, that I had sitting there as a WIP, were an inspiration for this latest repaint work for the Relic Legionnaires:
Relic Legionnaires's new theme. Based upon request (and great insignia work) from Vosgedzam. Navy blue with sea grey trims were the theme colors. Added a just a touch of yellow highlights to better integrate the insignia with the theme. Also took the liberty of adding a special diagonal banner area for company designation.
Relic Legionnaires' Trebuchet for the same company.
Hope Vos, and you, Awesome Community, enjoy...
