The knees has been shifted outward, as based on the original drawing. Raised the cockpit for more firepower below it, along with twin Machine Guns as well... Mainly to amount more space to add joints for the new arms. (Came from Cataphract, btw.)
Pumped up the lower legs armor to somewhat match/hint the original design. Bumped up the air-intake on top.

I think if you'd turn the arms so that the PPC barrels would be top instead of the lasers it would look even more canon. IMO Would buy that if it was in the game!

Post the master? uhhh... that picture is master as you can get.

I started out with my bare metal Catapult image and worked from there.

OK, today is going to be a little unusual. Unusual in the sense that I'll finally start posting some Jagermech images. And suddenly the released a Flea. So, I'll be putting out Jagermechs and Fleas today.

First up: A flea of the Clovis Draconis March Militia.


Second: A 1st St. Ives Lancers Jagermech. "Radar Love".


A.C.E.S. Flea. This is for a player unit.


EDIT: Blackburn's Raiders Jagermech. Another player unit.


EDIT: Blackburn's Raiders Flea, just to keep my bases covered with the Raiders.


MacGregor's Armored Scouts Jagermech. "Flack? Ack!"


Conjectural Terran March Militia Flea.


EDIT: 18th Marik Militia Flea. "Flee Me"


EDIT: This next Jagermech may look like a part of the Federated Suns 17th Avalon Hussars, but then... you get closer. Things aren't quite what they seem...

That's because this Jagermech is the personal machine of Subcommander Bennett Chang, of the Capellan Confederation's elite Red Lancers. Though other members of the unit show disdain for his Davion-produced 'mech, Chang sees this as a tactical advantage. He and his technicians have become masters at the art of painting the machine in the colors of dozens of Davion regiments. The 'mech is painted on the front, while the back is left in the base Lancers color scheme: in addition, a very large Capellan insignia is painted on the 'mech's large back, to help decrease the odds of friendly fire. While this technique is as of yet untested on the battlefield, he has gained recognition within the unit as an expert on camouflage.


EDIT: Last one for the post, a 7th Sword of Light Flea.

Nothing short of amazing, but it's not the variant St. Ives would use.

Also, when you're making repaints on every mech for that ugly Davion unit , could you make a Jager and Flea in Preston's Lancers colors as well? They are mechs employed pretty heavily by CC, after all (Jagermech less so, but at the time of real Preston's acting, they must've used them).

Game takes place in 3050. St. Ives Compact is not a part of the Capellan Confederation in 3050. Therefore, anything with "St. Ives" in the name is going to appear with the insignia and the colors of the St. Ives Compact

ED: I'd actually argue that the Jagermech is probably more heavily employed than the flea, given House Liao's tendency to use Davion salvage. I'll probably do some more Preston's Lancers soon.

Well, we can manufacture Fleas and there was no major war between our houses for ~3 decades. What we had was probably lost to the MoC offensive (theoretically), so I think that while still decently common, it was probably outdone by the production of such a cheap mech for 10 years straight.

And by "that ugly Davion unit" I meant Blackburn's Raiders (don't tell 'em ).
