uh I haven't looked through all the pages on this yet, but I was blown away by the first few images so I had to say "WOW WOW WOW... Amazing!"

Can't wait to see the Catapult with some paint schemes!

Or a little upgrade, since Hayden can make some picture magic and use different equipmnet like he did with Hunchabck, turning it to Hunchback IIC, or small modifications like on Dragon and Jenner.

I'm not ruling anything out. I've had requests for the K series Catapults, we'll see about those.

Yeah, when I make these I try to keep them accurate for units. For example, a Jenner or Dragon would be basically unheard of in the FWL, but could very well appear in Davion or Steiner units, but those would be nowhere as common as in the DC. So I try to keep things like that in mind. Hunchbacks on the other hand could be just about anywhere. So most of the Catapult images I do will probably be Liao or Kurita, but there could be a smattering from other houses.

Here is a Catapult from the Caesar's Cohorts Mercenary unit. Again, practicing this masking thing for stripes. Again, .jpeg conversion feels a little wonky - but not as bad as the one below. I tried to get the numbering to look like those fiber-optic lights that race cars are using for their numbering during night races now. Don't think I'll do that again.



St. Ives Compact, 1st Janissaries. SIC Insignia courtesy Hayden. Janissary insignia courtesy Sarna. Experimented with using the lasso tool to mask off parts for stripes. Something happened during conversion/compression/etc. that has hurt the quality of this a bit - especially near the SIC logo. First 'Mech I've seen with 'dress pants'. Well, yeah, you have beaten the king by time, but that's just the part of it. If he comes with nicer mech, or even a variant, all the rush was for nothing. I'd sugest to improve some things on it (like those logos), while Hayden doesn't show up.

Alright. First a big thank you to Alex Iglesias and Piranha for another great re-imaging of another classic design. The beginning of the Catapult series. This first one is a St. Ives "protest 'mech."

Blackwind Lancers, currently of the St. Ives Compact.

This next one is a request from one of the members of my unit, the 3rd Amphigean LAG.

4th Tau Ceti Rangers. This one is my take on it, as this unit was already featured on the concept art. I wanted to display the old insignia, even though it had changed by this point (which is why I included the older one on the right leg).

1st MAC Catapult. Forward the BIG MAC!

Renshield's Dragoons Catapult. Last one for tonight.

Ok, last one for tonight for real this time. House Imarra Catapult.

Chesterton Reserves Catapult.

1st Davion Guards Catapult. Piloted by one Lt. H. Killinger.

Odd one out. Zeta Galaxy Hunchback IIC from Clan Diamond Shark.

Last one for this page. Request for Wolf Spiders merc unit. I tried to make this one look shiny and new, but it dosn't feel as "nice" as the others.

I've been messing with it, but it seems every time I convert it to a .jpeg the same effect happens. Also, I don't think there was ever any question that Hayden would produce much, much better repaints than me. Especially if all of my .psd->.jpeg conversions are going to have so many errors.

Wow, nice mech Hayden. Cna you make anther with a paint scheme of House Imarra? You've already done an Atlas with their color scheme (correction - no you didn't but the scheme is almost the same, sorry) and because Metro wants to be part of it, it would be nice to make one for him.
