So I have been looking over at the wiki page seeing the all the models of the basic Chassis that will be in the game.

So I was wondering what are some of the builds you are wanting to use.
Here is one of mine.

Cataphract:

I be will using the CTF-3D model. ( note I not sure if the Mech lab will allow this refit and even if it does feild trials will be in order to see if this is a workable refit )


First I would switch out the 16 single heat sinks and switch to 10 double. If my math is right the engine rating allows for all of them to be internal. This frees up 6 Tons and 6 spaces. I will also remove the right medium laser and in its place add ether a large laser or PPC. I am not sure on how many spaces the mech will have open if it only has 14 spaces then I will add FFA in the event there are more than 14 then I will add ES up the standard armor, & use the freed up tonnage and space for ether ammo,heat sinks, or an ECM/Beagle Active Probe. Or all of the above if I can work the spaces and tonnage that I need.

Anyway I like to here thoughts on this build or other ideas on other Mechs
