Just a heads up that Black Swan company has now been formed, this company particularly created for those W.A. players on the +8:00 gmt time zone and the latest news is that Sundance company is now up and running for our US time zoned members. Another example of how AUS is listening to its members.

Damn too many company's and not enough officers and NCO's but we of the training company's shall do our best again and again to find the right people for the right jobs and the right company , but most players fimd a nich amoungs the company's after intial training ad assessmentn.

Ech Chronicle 3.5 Reformation - Carrot or the Stick

Recruitment became a priority for many Corps during the reformation, also referred to as "Closed Beta" to those involved in it at the time and desperate times led to desperate measures.
Rumours of Mechwarrior poaching and underhanded tactics where common and while many corps used the "Stick" to try to keep their Mechwarriors in line it was the potential for advancement and reward that kept Australian Mech Corp [AUS] recruitment strong.
New Mechwarriors flocked to AUS as word spread about the great battles being won by AUS, battles won through teamwork and the love of the fight not through strict orders or harsh discipline.
