so, on augest 7th, the founders get access to the game. will Piranhna games start accepting Beta apps?

Next beta invites will probably be Open Beta... I don't know that for sure, its just a guess.

All the founders received access already.
No announcement has yet been issued as to whether or not if/when there will be any more beta invites for non-founders.
Open Beta is only a few weeks away (Date TBA, before the end of summer)
