Theere have been issues with the payment for some reason.
If you tried buying founders and didnt get any you can either try again, or contact support for help

It might be getting hammered today, so you might need to be patient. Maybe check your credit card statement online to see if it has a new charge on it. Your confirmation and Founder activation might just be slow to get to you.

when bought founders awhile back it took a couple hours for it to activate and for me to get an email
